Taproom Anniversary Party
Celebrating 5 Years!
Our 5th anniversary is around the corner and you better believe we're throwing a party! Join us November 10th and 11th for free live music, vintage Utopias pours, raffles, and new releases: Double BarrelTopias and Zeremonie.
Double BarrelTopias
We love a barrel aged beer! So much so, we decided double barrel again is better than single barrel aging. Enter Double BarrelTopias. First aged in Utopias barrels, then in brown sugar bourbon barrels, this imperial stout is layered with complex, rich notes of chocolate, vanilla, maple, and wood. Available on draft and in bottles 11/10.
Zeremonie
We crafted a light Berliner Weisse featuring grape must that gives a nod to everyone’s favorite French sparkling beverage, but it’s beer! Using Roussanne grape must, Zeremonie is tart, bubbly and brewed for celebration. Available on draft and in bottles 11/10.
Of course, our annual celebration wouldn’t be complete without Utopias pours! See below for details on what will be available and be sure to reserve your pour!
Aged in Buffalo Trace Distillery casks and eight-year-old Port barrels from Portugal, blended with a touch of our Kosmic Mother Funk
Finished in White Carcavelos wine barrels in addition to barrels that once housed cognac, Armagnac, ruby port, sweet Madeira, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon
Finished in Cognac and Madeira barrels with a touch of Kosmic Mother Funk added
Aged on Michigan-grown Balaton cherries and in Sauternes French Oak Wine casks
